Sherri Denny - Artworks For his Glory
Sherri Denny, a Texas native, now lives in Oro Valley, Arizona, a suburb of Tucson, the beautiful Sonoran Desert.
A retired Hospice Nurse, she brought comfort and love to her patients and their families during her nursing career.
Sherri is a self-taught watercolorist discovering her talent quite by accident. One night, after her family had gone to bed, she saw her daughter’s 8 color water color set on the table. She sat down and started experimenting with the colors. By the time she was finished she saw that a red barn had unfolded on the paper. She had never painted before, and the red barn encouraged her to continue with developing her God given water color talent that had lain dormant for so many years.
Sherri is a very thankful and committed Christian, devoted to following the path in which God leads her. As it states in Colossians 3:17 “Whatever you do in word or deed do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus giving glory and thanks to Him.”
You too may have a talent of which you are unaware. Sherri would encourage you to find your artistic passion, if you haven’t already, and use it not only to bring you joy but others as well.
